These figures describe the desk’s usual work. A rare connecting set, a rush window, or a bundle that already has five closed gaps will be quoted as a letter, not as a smaller card with a monthly toggle. Nothing on this page is a payment.

What changes a quote
Windows under ten days, overlapping events, and listings whose cover file disagrees with the host text all add reading time. We say so before you confirm. We do not add surprise “priority” badges.
Deposits
A reservation deposit is refundable according to the refund page when the window closes without an allocation. The desk fee for reading the solicitation is separate and is described on that same page.
If you only need a letter
Write with the event name and we will say which offer fits. A briefing is cheaper than a bundle list if you already know the covers.
