Refunds
When a fee or deposit comes back
These rules apply to Logic Control Path desk fees and reservation deposits for Avengers crossover cover holds, collector bundles, matching notes, and briefings. This site does not sell tokens or ship parcels, so those models are not covered here.
Eligibility
A reservation deposit is refundable if the drop window closes without an allocation for the named cover in your note. A desk fee for reading the solicitation is refundable only if we have not yet sent the reservation note or matching/bundle list you paid for.
Timeframe
Ask within fourteen days of the outcome note (for deposits) or within seven days of payment if no note has been sent (for unread desk work). Later requests are considered only where Thai law requires it.
Full and partial refunds
A deposit returns in full when no allocation was received. If a pair was requested and one cover was held, the deposit tied to the unheld cover returns and the held cover’s deposit is applied as agreed in the note. Desk fees already earned for a sent note are not returned.
Non-refundable items
Completed drop-window briefings, sent bundle lists, and sent matching notes are not refundable. Printed copies prepared for a Bangkok table at your request are not refundable once printed.
Process
Write to info@logiccontrolpath.click with the reservation note date, the cover title, and whether you are asking about a deposit or a desk fee. We confirm eligibility in writing.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are sent the same way the off-site payment arrived, usually within ten working days after we confirm. We do not refund onto this website because this website never collected the money.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel a briefing at least two working days ahead and the briefing fee is not charged. Later cancellations keep the fee. Bangkok table hours can be moved once if you write at least two working days ahead.
No-shows
If you miss a booked table hour without notice, the briefing fee is kept. The reservation, if already filed, is not cancelled by a missed table.
Work already started
Once Mei-Ling has checked a listing file or Arthit has drafted a gap list, that portion of the desk fee is earned even if you later withdraw the hold request.
Materials
Paper print-outs made for a table reading are materials already used. Digital notes already emailed remain yours; their fee follows the rules above.
