Terms for reservation notes and desk work

These terms apply when you use logiccontrolpath.click or send a reservation, bundle, matching, or briefing request to Logic Control Path. By sending a request you accept this page. If you do not accept it, do not send cover details.

The work

We write reservation notes, bundle lists, matching notes, and drop-window briefings for announced Avengers crossover NFT comic covers. We do not sell tokens on this site, take checkout payments, custody wallets, or guarantee an allocation when a host oversells a window.

Requests and confirmation

A form submission or email is a request, not a completed hold. A hold exists only when we send a dated reservation note and you confirm in writing. Quotes may change if the listing file disagrees with the solicitation or if the window moves.

Intellectual property

Cover art, event names, and character likenesses remain with their rights holders. Our notes, lists, and this website’s text belong to Logic Control Path. You may keep a note that we wrote for your own collecting. You may not republish our lists as a drop guide or resell them as a product.

Accuracy

We copy drop windows and variant letters from public listings and mark disagreements in writing. Hosts change clocks. We are not responsible for a host’s later edit, a failed mint, or a file that changes after our note is sent.

Liability

To the extent allowed under the law of Thailand, Logic Control Path is not liable for lost allocations, missed windows, wallet mistakes, or changes in a cover file after a note is issued. Our liability for a paid desk fee is limited to that fee. We do not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the desk’s work and this site.
